摘要
针对现有EMD中IMF判据必须指定经验值范围的缺点,提出了一种基于峭度的IMF判据方法,该方法不必设定经验值,从而避免了由于经验取值的不同而造成分解结果的差异。仿真实验表明,与现有方法相比,该迭代次数判断方法能在保证计算速度的同时,使所得IMF分量具有更加明确的物理意义,能够很好地体现信号的非线性、非平稳特征,实现了信号的正确分解。将该方法应用在风力发电机齿轮箱高速端轴承的故障诊断中,准确诊断出了故障部位,同时也验证了该方法在EMD过程中确定迭代次数的有效性和准确性。
In order to solve the disadvantage of existing IMF stop criterion,the paper proposed a new criterion.There was no need to set a experiential value,which was related to the number of sifting process.Comparing to other method,it is demonstrated that the IMF component obtained by the stop criterion based on kurtosis can reflect the characteristic of non-stationary and nonlinear.This IMF stop criterion was applied to the fault diagnosis of rolling bearing in wind turbine,the result show that this criterion is effective and veracity
