摘要 发电机定子线棒温差偏大会严重影响发电机的安全运行。结合兰溪发电厂600 MW发电机层间及出水温差偏大的原因分析,采取发电机线棒割管检查、发电机定子线棒酸洗、提高定冷水pH值、定冷水箱密封改造等处理对策,解决发电机温差偏大和定冷水流量下降缺陷,为存在类似问题的发电厂提供参考和借鉴。 The excessive temperature difference of generator stator bar seriously affects the safe operation of the generator. Through the cause analysis on the excessive interlayer and effluent temperature difference for the 600 MW generator in Lanxi Power Plant, the treatment measures are adopted such as generator bar pipe cutting for inspection, generator stator bar pickling, stator cooling water pH value improvement, sealing transformation of stator cooling water tank etc. to solve the problems of excessive generator temperature differ- ence and stator cooling water flow decrease. It can serve as a reference for other power plants with similar problems.
