摘要
目的和方法 :将不同剂量三氯化镧LaCl3 注射大鼠侧脑室 ,观察下丘脑腹内侧 (VMN)放电频率和血清生长素(GH)含量 ,研究LaCl3 对神经内分泌的影响。结果 :小剂量 ( 0 .0 0 5 μmol) )注射后可使VMN中GH相关神经元放电明显增加 ,并可引起血清中GH含量的增加 ;而大剂量LaCl3( 0 .5 μmol)组 ,VMN放电呈抑制反应 ,此组动物血清中GH含量呈减少趋势 ,明显低于小剂量组 (P <0 .0 1) ,但与生理盐水对照组比较无统计学意义。结论 :脑室注射LaCl3
Aim and Methods: To study the effects of Lanthanum Chloride (LaCl 3) on the neural and endocrine, the discharges of neuron in ventrornedial nucleus(VMN) and concentration of growth hormone(GH) in serum were detected after injecting different doses of LaCl 3 into lateral vertical of rat. Results: Small dose of LaCl 3 (0.005 μmol) promoted the discharge of VMN and elevated the concentration of GH in serum. The large doses of LaCl 3 (0.5 μmol) inhibited the discharge of VMN. The concentration of GH in serum tended to decrease in this group, but it was not significant as compare with saline group. Conclusion: The effect of LaCl 3 on changes of serum GH is related to tbe VMN of hypothalamus when lateral ventricle injection in rat.
