The corresponding cultivation techniques of wheat and corn double cropping production of 22 500 kg/hm2 were summarized. The input, output and net income of wheat and corn double high yield cultivation were analyzed, and the soil fertility changes since the implementation of the test items were counted. Provided that dual high yield of wheat and corn would be able to achieve with scientific guidance and increasing inputs, driven by the high yield create activities. It was pointed out that it could be achieve high yield and efficient, environmentally friendly, sustainable development if according to local conditions, selecting seed reasonable, fertilizing with soil testing.
