摘要
目的 :建立一种稳定、有效的大鼠失血性休克模型 ,满足血液代用品抗休克性能评价的特殊需求。方法 :采用梯度放血期加上血量调节期的双阶段放血方式 ,将休克程度统一到活存时间上来。结果 :大鼠平均失血率为5 0 .6 %± 5 .5 % ,平均活存时间为 ( 138± 2 7)min。结论 :模型具有满意的重现性和有效性 。
Aim: To set up a stable and effective rathemorrhagic shock model for evaluating the antishock property of blood substitutes. Methods: Hemorrhage was performed by a gradient volumecontrol phase combined with an adjustment phase, and the shock level was assessed by survival time. Results: For experimental rats, the average bloodloss rate was 50.6% ± 5.5%(v/v) and the ave rage survival time was (138±27)min. Conclusiou: The new model was reproducible and effective in evaluating the antishock property of blood substitutes.
