我国河南与北京腹泻患儿中的星状病毒感染

Astrovirus Infection in Association with Acute Diarrhea in Henan and Beijing of China

人星状病毒 (HAstV)是RNA病毒的新家族 ,从我国河南和北京两地区的急性腹泻患儿便样中鉴定了 7株星状病毒 ,经电镜观察病毒颗粒直径约为 2 8nm ,表面呈五角或六角星状形态 ,用RT PCR检定为阳性 ,比较PCR扩增产物的核苷酸序列构建的序列同源性树表明 ,1 990年在河南流行的星状病毒主要为HAstV 1 ,另有一株HAstV 5,1 996年北京流行株为HAstV 5。对HAstV患儿的临床症状进行了讨论。

Human astrovirus (HAstV) is a new family of RNA viruses. Seven HAstV isolates were identified in fecal specimens from acute diarrhea children in Zhengzhou, Henan 1990 and in Beijing 1996 by EM, RT-PCR and sequencing of PCR products. The viruses were approximately 28nm in diameter with five-or six-point star surface. The phylogenetic dendrogram generated from comparison of the 348-nucleotide sequence within ORF2 of the genome demonstrated that HAstV-1 was the prominent serotype in Zhengzhou 1990 with another one HAstV-5 strain, but serotype HAstV-5 was found transmitted in Beijing in 1996. The clinical manifestations of HAstV infected patients were discussed. The results may further help our understanding of the epidemiology of HAstV.
