政治关联与环境信息披露——来自我国重污染行业上市公司的经验证据

政治关联是中国资本市场上市公司普遍的重要特征之一。本文依据重污染行业上市公司2009年董事会成员的政治关联数据,实证研究了重污染行业政治关联对公司环境信息披露的影响。结果表明:政治关联是重污染行业上市公司环境信息披露质量的重要影响因素。

Political association is one of the important characteristics of listed companies in China's capital markets. Based on the political association of listed companies in 2009 data, the paper empirical studies of the political association on environmental information disclosure effects of heavily polluting industry. The results show that the political association is an important factor of the environmental information disclosure quality of listed companiesm of heavily polluting industries.
