急性脑梗死的超早期治疗

Treatment of Extreme Early Stage Acute Cerebral Embolism

目的 研究蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和蛇毒抗栓胶囊对急性脑梗死的超早期治疗效果。 方法 入选 60例急性脑梗死患者 (发病 6～ 8h以内 ) ,分成两组 ,每组 30例 ;治疗组给予蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶3.0 u静脉滴注 ,1 2 h1次 ,连用 3天后 ,改为 1 .5u静脉滴注 ,每日 1次 ,同时服用蛇毒抗栓胶囊 0 .6g(本院科研药品 ) ,每日 3次 ,治疗 1 5天 ;对照组给予东菱克栓酶 1 0 IU,前 5天每日 1次 ,后 1 0天隔日 1次 ,同时监测血液流变学。 结果 治疗组 :显效率 76.6% ,有效率 2 3.3% ,总有效率 1 0 0 % ;对照组 :显效率 60 % ,有效率 2 0 % ,总有效率 80 %。 结论 蛇岛牌精制蝮蛇抗栓酶和蛇毒抗栓胶囊对急性脑梗死的超早期治疗 ,具有明显的治愈率 。

Objective Reseaching treatment effectiveness of extreme early stage acute cerebral emblism by using of Shedao Brand Refined Viper Antithrobus Enzyme and Venin Antithrobus Capsule Methods Selected 60 patients of acute cerebral emblism(paroxysm within 6~8 hours) be divided into two groups and each group of 30 patients;taking 30 units for intravenous drip at every 12 hours once for the group to be treatment,continuous three days later,then be taken 15 units instead and for each day once while orally take 06g of Venin Antithrobus Capsule(a medicine our hospital own developed) daily in three times for 15 day long;for the other group which to use of Dongling Antithrobus Enzyme in dosage of 10u be taken at daily once for the first five days,and for the next 10 daily once for the first five days,and for the next 10 days be at every two days once taken while measuring the hemorrheology at regular Results Treatment group:the rate of distinct effect be 766%,the effect rate be 233%,and the total effect rate be 100%;the contract group'the rate of distinct effect be 60%,the effect rate be 20%,and the total effect rate be 80% Conclusion Shedao Brand Viper Refined Antithrobus Enzyme and Venin Antithrobus Capsule have distinct cure rate and less disablement rate in treatment of extreme early acute cerebral emblism
