降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死29例临床观察

Domestic Made Fibrindysin Cure the Acute Cerebral Infarction Clinical Efficacy of 29 Cases

目的 为探讨国产降纤酶治疗急性脑梗死的确切疗效和安全性。 方法 我科参加了由全国脑防办牵头并有全国 4 0多家大医院神经科参加的多中心随机、双盲对照临床验证工作。 结果 降纤酶对急性脑梗死总有效率达 61 % ,用降纤酶第 2天血纤维蛋白原开始下降 ,第 4天下降明显 ,以后基本无变化 ,而对照组在治疗后血纤维蛋白原基本无变化 ;从用降纤酶后总的趋势来看 ,PT有延长 ;对神经功能恢复及日常生活能力改善不明显。从安全性来看 ,未出现颅内出血等不良反应 ,对肝肾功能无影响。 结论 降纤酶能降低血纤维蛋白原 ,有溶栓的药理作用 ,且使 PT延长 。

Objective To inquire the efficacy and safety of domestic made fibrindysin 29 patients of acute cerebral infarction were participated the multicenter、doubleblind case control clinical trial Results The total efficacy of acute cerebral infarction was treat by domestic made fibrindysin was 61%, the plasma fibrinogen decreasing was start on the second day and marked on the fouth day after the domestic made fibrindysin was administrated, 4 days later the level of plasma fibrinogen was remained, the prothrombin time (PT)increased simutaneously but the plasma fibrinogen and PT in control group not changed, no harmful effect on liver and kidney and intracranial bleeding were observed Conclusion Domestic made fibrindysin may prevent and cure the acute cerebral infarction
