摘要 选修课是高职院校课程体系的重要组成部分,也是高职院校人才培养计划的重要组成部分,对实现职业教育的培养目标、促进学生的全面发展重要意义,就选修课教学管理中存在的问题,本文从明确课程定位、完善选课机制、改革考核方法、强化教学监管、扩大师资队伍等方面着着手,处理好多种关系,做到通专结合、质量统一、刚柔相济等强化选修课的教学管理。 The training of "dual-qualification" teachers is the key for the development of vocational education, and the en- terprise participation is an effective way for training"dual-qualification" teachers. Investigation on knowledge, attitude, way, time and effects of enterprises participating in the cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers shows that, because of the lack of economic benefits, the absence of the legal rights, the shortage of human resources, individual conditions of such factors as hard,the enterprises isn't active to participate in training of "dual-qualification" teachers. Therefore, the three sides of government, school and enterprise all should take their own advantages to build effective operational mecha- nism and organization assurance to create good environment for the cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers.
