豆类中胀气现象的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 人和动物在食用一定量的豆类后常常出现胃肠胀气现象。胃肠胀气常常会导致腹胀、腹部疼痛等肠胃不适症状。国内外有许多关于人体内胀气形成的研究报道。本文对豆类胀气现象的研究进行了综述。
