丹参功效考

The Application of Danshen: Literature Review

目的:通过古代本草文献及方剂文献的考证,对丹参的古代应用进行全面总结。方法:选取历代主流本草文献相关记载及《方剂大辞典》中含丹参的方药(设定方剂总药味数≤8味),参合互证,对比归纳,以期晦者彰,隐者现,全面反映丹参的临床效用。结果:古代丹参的应用范畴,可归纳为止痒消痈;调经止带,安胎祛瘀;安神定志;和胃止痛;强腰祛痹;清热避瘟;益气补虚七大功效。现代多取丹参活血化瘀之功仅将丹参应用于妇科及心血管系统疾病,是对丹参临床应用的局限化。从给药方式来看,古代常用丹参外用取效,也有可能反映了丹参具有良好的透皮吸收效果,值得进一步研究。

Objective： summarize the ancient application of Danshen through the ancient literatures included herbs and prescriptions.Method： screening the prescriptions that including Danshen from literatures and the ＂prescription dictionary ＂,in order to present its comprehensive application.Result： the application range of Danshen can be generalized as seven types： relieving itching,eliminating the carbuncle,regulating the menstruation,tocolysis,activating the blood circulation and quieting down the mind,as well as smoothing the stomach,strengthening the body,avoiding the pestilence and arthralgia.Conclusion： Not only has Danshen been used into menstruation regulation and heart diseases,it might also have wider application range,as well as the diversity of administration mode.Further research can be focused on the external use of Danshen according to the well record in the ancient literatures.
