摘要
目的:建立龙血竭药材的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以Agilent Zorbax Extend C18柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇-1%冰醋酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱;检测波长270 nm;流速1.0 mL/min;柱温40℃。结果:建立了龙血竭药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了14个共有峰,各龙血竭样品指纹图谱与对照指纹图谱的相似度均在0.9以上。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,为更好地控制龙血竭药材的质量,提供了有效可靠的方法。
Objective: To establish a method of fingerprint analysis on Resina Draconis by HPLC.Methods: The chromatographic fingerprints were obtained by the Agilent Zorbax Extend C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) with the gradient elution solvent system composed of Methano-1% and acetic acid.The detective wavelength was set at 270nm;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 40℃.Results: 14 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Resina Draconis and good similarities with correlation coefficients higher than 0.9 were found in fingerprints between the different samples of Resina Draconis and the standard fingerprint.Conclusion: The method with good reproducibility is simple and accurate,it can be used as a effective quality control method for Resina Draconis.
