当前中药全球市场的巨大潜力已逐渐被各国所认识,人类进入21世纪以后,知识产权保护问题日益成为各国政府和企业所不得不关注的一个十分重要的课题。如何针对中药知识领域的特征,寻求有效的保护措施,本文重点阐述了中药知识产权保护的概况、中药专利分析及有关中药知识产权保护存在的问题。针对知识产权保护的全过程,分别引用大量图表数据和经验说明不同类型的知识产权保护内容、方法、途径和技巧。

Currently the tremendous potential of global market of Chinese traditional medicine has been gradually understood by each country.After human beings enter the twenty-first Century,the problem of intellectual property rights’ protection has become a very important topic that governments and enterprises have to pay attention to.They are seeking effective protection measures according to the feature of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper focuses on the general situation of the intellectual property protection of Chinese medicine,the patent analysis of traditional Chinese medicine and the existing problems of intellectual property right protection.In view of the protection of intellectual property rights in the whole process,this paper cites a number of chart data and experience to illustrate different contents,methods,ways and skills of intellectual property protection of different types.
