Biological research and host plant of Stiboges nymphidia Butler

通过长达2年多的研究,首次发现了国家保护的昆虫白蚬蝶Stiboges nymphidia Butler在江西九连山保护区的寄主为紫金牛科Myrsinaceae莲座紫金牛Ardisia primulaefolia Gardn.et Champ并对其生物学进行了研究和观察,首次发现了其卵和幼虫、蛹的形态。

Through as long as two years studying Stiboges nymphidia Butler.I found the host plant of this national protected insect is Myrsinaceae,Ardisia primulaefolia Gardn.et Champ in Jiangxi Jiulianshan Nature Reserve for the first time.I studied and observed Stiboges nymphidia Butler,and found its morphology of ovum,larval and pupa for the first time either.
