摘要
研究洗涤剂中常见的非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂和阳离子表面活性剂对由扩展青霉 (Penicilliumexpansum)产生碱性脂肪酶活性的影响及该酶在各种常见的洗涤剂溶液中的稳定性。
The effects of surfactants on alkaline lipase from Penicillium expansium were studied. These surfactants ,found in detergents included nonionic surfactant such as AEO9, TX10, and anionic surfactant such as LAS, AES. The stability of lipase in liquid of detergents was also investigated.
