Superpave混合料路面摩擦性能影响因素分析:集料性能

摘要 基于美国Indiana等州试验路中Superpave混合料的材料参数和路面摩擦性能测试数据,该文主要分析公称最大粒径、级配曲线与限制区、关键控制筛孔通过率、粉胶比、细集料棱角性和砂当量对4.75、9.5和12.5mm等Superpave混合料摩擦性能的影响规律。结果表明:公称最大粒径的增大和关键筛孔通过率的减小都能增大Superpave混合料的摩擦性能;级配曲线通过级配限制区下方的混合料的摩擦性能大于级配曲线通过级配限制区和级配限制区上方的混合料摩擦性能;选择细集料棱角性较大和砂当量较低的级配也有助于提高混合料的摩擦性能;而粉胶比与混合料的摩擦性能关系不明显。
