摘要
种子一旦达到生理成熟后,便开始经历老化的过程,其活力逐渐降低。种子在活力下降的初期,虽然还未能从发芽率的变化中被觉察,但是,往往首先在生化反应上迅速表现出来。这些生化变化,在种子吸水后几天,甚至几小时内就可以被测出。我们在测定芝麻、绿豆、大豆种子的发芽力和活力的同时,探讨了这些种子在萌发中的生化变化,试图了解种子的年产度与生理生化变化的关系。
Seeds of sesame,soybean and mung bean which germinated at 28℃ for 2 dayswere respectively used for the test of activities of acid phosphatase,isocitratelyase and catalase.In sesame seeds stored within a year,the acid phosphatase activity increasedby 20.9% as compared with the seeds stored longer than one year,increased by47% as compared with the seeds stored longer than two year.In soybean seeds sto-red within a year,the acid phosphatase activity increased by 62.1% as comparedwith the seeds stored longer than one year.In mung bean seeds stored within ayear,the acid phosphatase activity increased by 21.2% as compared with the seedsstored longer than two year,but increased unconspicouosly as compared with theseeds stored longer than one year.In sesame seeds stored within a year,the isocitrate lyase activity increasedby 100% as compared with the seeds stored longer than one year.In soybean seeds stored within a year,the catalase activity increased by 300%as compared with the seeds stored longer than one year.
