天然彩棉纤维混纺纱产品的开发及工艺的研究

Research on the Development and Technology of Naturally Colored Cotton Blended Yarn Products

介绍了天然彩色棉的性能和特点,分析了纤维性能、纺纱工艺等因素对天然彩色棉与细旦涤纶(大豆蛋白纤维)纤维混纺纱质量的影响,探讨了提高天然彩色棉混纺纱质量的有效技术措施。最后得出加工彩色棉混纺纱时,针对不同的工序需要采用不同的技术措施和关键技术。

This paper introduces the performance and characteristics of naturally colored cotton,analyzes the influence of properties of fibers and the spinning process on the quality of naturally colored cotton blended yarn-fine denier polyester（soybean protein fiber） fiber blended yarn,and discusses the effective technical measures to improve the quality of naturally colored cotton fiber blended yarn.Finally,it concludes that when blended yarn is processed,different technical measures and key technology need to be adopted in view of the different processes.
