摘要
通过对前罗拉的输出速度和钢领板的位置的检测以及输入的固定延迟距离计算出实时延迟时间,使得形成的花型在加捻点处按照设定的捻度运行。在使用环锭细纱机生产粗纱细纱时可以实现粗节部分和细节部分的捻度可调,同时解决了钢领板的升降对加捻的影响,确保花型走到指定的位置开始加捻。
Through testing the output speed of the front roller,the position of ring plate and the fixed delay distance input,this thesis calculates the actual delay time.As a result,the formed patterns in twisting point can run according to the set twist.When uneven yarn is produced in ring spinning frame,the twist in both rough quarter yarn and fine quarter yarn can be adjustable,which not only solves the influence of the rise and fall of ring plate on the twist but also ensures that pattern begins twist in the specified location.
