摘要
以不同牌号的高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)为基体,加入聚烯烃弹性体(POE)及其它助剂,通过挤出共混、造粒、注塑等工序制得20 mm厚注塑PE垫板。研究了挤出机螺杆组合方式,PE-HD牌号及其配方,以及注塑工艺参数等因素对PE垫板平整度和力学性能的影响。结果表明,选择具有增强排气、压实物料功能的螺杆组合方式,采用牌号为5502的PE-HD并加入5份的POE,并通过优化注塑工艺参数及机加工,可制得满足平整度与力学性能指标要求的20 mm厚注塑PE垫板。
The injection polyethylene ( PE ) tie plates with 20 mm thickness were produced through extrusion blending, pelleting and injection processes by adopting high density polyethylene ( PE-HD ) with different trademarks as matrix and adding polyolefin elastomer ( POE ) and other additives. The effects of extruder screw assemble modes, PE-HD trademarks and their formula, injection molding parameters on the planeness and mechanical properties of PE tie plates were studied. The results showed that idea PE tie plate meeting the requirements of planeness and mechnical properties could be obtained through selecting screw assemble mode with the function of strengthening exhaust and compacting material, adopting PE-HD whose trademark was 5502, adding POE with 5 phr, and optimizing injection molding parameters including machine processing.
