摘要
从常微分方程理论角度出发,结合药物动力学的相关知识,根据房室模型的相关假设,建立了单次和多次饮酒后血液中酒精的浓度随时间变化的基础模型.进一步采用剩余法确定出模型中参数,利用Matlab软件较准确地模拟出体内酒精浓度变化趋势的曲线.同时,对一些实际问题也给出了合理的解释.
Based on the theory of pharmacodynamics and the knowledge of ordinary differential equations, the authors establish the blood alcohol concentration model after drinking once and several times according to the assumptions of the compartment model. And then the authors use "Residual Method" to determine the model parameters, further accurately simulating the curve of the alcohol concentration with Matlab software. At the same time, some of real problems are given a reasonable explanation.
