摘要
对国内中小商业银行客户评价系统在研发和管理中存在的问题进行了剖析,并结合现代银行具体的业务形态,从管理和技术的角度.提出了一套较为系统的提高中小银行客户评价和管理水平的多维客户评价模型,并给出了基于云计算技术的具体实现方案.该模型有利于进一步提升中小商业银行的核心竞争力,推动我国中小商业银行业务的快速发展.
This article analyses the existent problems in developments and managements of customer evaluating systems in Chinese small and medium commercial banks. Combining real operating form of modern banks, and in the view of management and technology, we put forward a systematic and multidimensional model to improve clients' evaluation and level of management for banks. At the same time, we published definite ways based on cloud computing technology to realize this model. This model is useful to improve the core competence of small and medium commercial banks, and then promote Chinese small and medium commercial bank operation fleetly.
