将Thinopyrum bessarabicum和Thinopyrum elongatum的种质导入普通小麦的研究

Studies on transfer germplasm from Thinopyrum bessarabicum and Thinopyrum elongatum into common wheat

2个双倍体即 C.S- Thinopyrum bessarabicum( AABBDDJJ2 n=8x=56)和 GHK-Thinopyrum elongatum( AABBDDEE2 n=8x=56)与普通小麦“中国春”杂交 ,获得了 2个七倍体杂种 ;对 2个双倍体、中国春、杂种 F1和部分 F2 进行麦谷蛋白 SDS- Page电泳 ,及结合染色体分带技术和田间赤霉病抗性鉴定筛选出由 Th.bessarabicum和 Th.elongatum第一部分同源群染色体所控制的抗赤霉病异附加系。

Two heptaploids were obtained from two amphiaploids C.S Thinopyrum bessarabicum (AABBDDJJ 2n=8x=56) and GHK Thinopyrum elongatum (AABBDDEE 2n=8x=56) crossed with common wheat “Chinese Spring”.The high molecular weight subunit compositions of seed glutenin of two amphiaploids,C.S.,hybrids and parts of F 2 were studied by SDS Page.Combined with technique of chromosome C banding and screening of scab resistance in field,the group 1 alien chromosome addition lines conferring resistance to scab were selected.
