A Research on the Characteristics in the Initial Sandtray of the Depressive Symptoms

采用病例对照研究设计,探讨抑郁症状阳性人群初始沙盘特征。结果显示:抑郁症状阳性组在总数、动物、人物、建筑物、交通工具、植物类沙具使用少于对照组;抑郁症状阳性组沙盘空间领域使用少于对照组;抑郁症状阳性组在从哪里开始、对沙的态度、有无蓝色露底、是否使用桥、自己感觉是否满意、自我像是否在其中和主题场景上与对照组比较差异有统计学意义;沙盘主题特征回归分析显示进入抑郁症状阳性回归方程的沙盘主题特征变量有忽视、威胁、流动和能量。抑郁症状阳性人群在沙盘游戏中有特征性表现,初始沙盘具有临床心理评估的功能和价值。

Initial sandplay is the first sandplay by the player.The initial sandplay has a special and important sense in the sandplay therapy.It not only can reflect the essence of player problem,and also can provide a solution to the problem of sandplay clues and direction. Many of the domestic and foreign researchers use empirical methods to examine the value and significance of the sandplay therapy. The sandplay diagnosis is based on the principle of projective mechanisms,different pathologies of the sandplay shows different characteristics;the sandplay works soothe the inner world of the player.And the experienced therapists can make assessment and diagnosis from the characteristics of sandplay works. Depressiveness symptoms is a group of depressed moods and emotions as the typical symptoms,loss of life interest,lack of motivation, loss of vitality of such features,show disappointment,pessimism and depressive is associated with the cognitive and physical aspects of the experience of clinical symptoms.This study aimed to explore the sandplay works features in initial sandplay by the depressive symptoms as the sandplay therapy in clinical psychological assessment and treatment applications to provide reference and basis. We used a case - control study design to explore the particular inner world of the depressive symptoms with the sandplay therapy, and to summarize the characteristics in the initial sandtray of the depressive symptoms.The research selected 33 students of depressive symptoms as the experimental group and 36 healthy students as the control group by the scl-90,the 69 students applied the initial sandplay operation.We collected the initial sandplay encoding of information by coding table,and analyzed by t test,Chi-square test and regression analysis.The results showed that in terms of the use of toys,the experimental group was significantly lower in totality,animals, people,buildings,transports and plants;their sandtray space utilization was lower than the control group＇s;compared with the control group,where to start,the attitude to sand,whether to show the blue bottom,whether to use bridges,whether to feel satisfied,whether the self-image was in it and in the theme setting were all statistically significant.Neglect,threat,mobility and energy were included in the regression equation of the depressive symptoms.The results show that the depressive symptoms have significant characteristics in sandplay.Initial sandplay has both a clinical psychological assessment unction and value.
