摘要
报道了不同激素浓度对无融合生殖油菜花托器官分化效果的研究 ,结果显示 :( 1 )以MS为基本培养基 ,以带有子房和花柄的花托为外植体离体培养 ,花托、花柄切口部位直接芽诱导的最佳激素配比为 4.0 mg/L 6- BA+ 0 .0 1 mg/L NAA,频率为 58.82 % ,花托、花柄部位先形成愈伤组织 ,继而分化出丛生芽的最佳激素配比为 5.0 mg/L 6- BA+ 0 .5mg/L NAA,频率为 84.0 0 % ;( 2 )腋芽增殖的最佳激素配比为 4.0 mg/L 6- BA+ 0 .1 mg/L NAA,繁殖系数为 5.1 0 ,不定芽增殖的最佳激素配比为 6.0 mg/L 6- BA+ 0 .5mg/L NAA,繁殖系数为 7.40 ;( 3)小苗生根的最佳培养基为 1 /2 MS+ 0 .5mg/L NAA。
Effect of different phytohormone concentrations on organ differentiation into buds from floral receptacles plants of apomictic rape AMR 1 plants \%in vitro\% culture were studied.The result show:(1) the frequency of the direct bud organogenesis in floral receptacles cultured on MS medium plus 4.0 mg/L 6 BA and 0.01 mg/L NAA was 58.82%,in MS medium with 5 mg/L 6 BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA,the calli were first induced from floral stalk cut,and the crowd buds 84.00% were differentiation and formed.(2) the axillary bud could proliferate on MS medium with 4.0 mg/L 6 BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA and its multiplication rate was 5.10,the adventitious bud could proliferate on MS medium plus 6 mg/L 6 BA and 0.5 mg/L NAA and its multiplication was 7.40.(3) the rootings of minicuttings were induced on 1/2 MS plus 0.5 mg/L NAA.
