摘要
本文针对我国研究生复试中存在的内容效度问题,在系统综述国外研究生胜任特征研究的基础上,提出了包括学业能力、学业努力、个人自律、个人管理技能、人际关系以及职业愿景与自我导向等6个因素的研究生绩效模型。本文认为,基于研究生胜任特征模型对复试的内容和形式进行系统的探索和研究,是提高我国研究生选拔科学性和有效性的重要途径。
The content validity of the retest of graduate student candidates in China is facing with many challenges. Based on systematic review of the graduate student competencies research in west countries,this study put forward a 6-dimensional model,including academic proficiency,demonstrating academic effort, personal discipline, personal administration skills, interpersonal relations and career vision and self-directedness. Competence-based-retest is an important way to improve the validity and scientific features of graduate admission in China.
