美国大学人力资源管理专业教育的实践及其启示——基于学生胜任力开发的视角 被引量:14

The Nature of Human Resource Management Education in America and the Enlightenment to China——Based on the Perspective of Students' Competence Development

摘要 本研究以方便抽样法抽取美国东部、中部和西部3所大学人力资源管理相关院系73门专业课程的内容大纲,分析其课程分类与内容,透视美国人力资源管理高等教育最新面貌,探讨该专业从业者胜任力培养议题,关注出现的新问题和未来走向,评述美国大学的课程设置在人力资源管理专业人才胜任力培养中的作用与意义。 Using convenience sampling method in 73 courses contents of human resource management departments from three universities located in the eastern, central and western area of United States, this article analyses the course category and course content of nearly three years of human resource management education. We also pay attention to the new issues and future trends in question and hope to provide a reference for human resource management education in our country.
