韩国大学的学生社团活动

Activities of Student Organizations in South Korean Universities

本文利用文献法、调查法和访谈法收集整理韩国大学学生社团的概念、历史、类型、管理、活动、经费、作用等方面的基本情况,从人数、原因、动机、频率、满意度等方面介绍韩国大学生参与学生社团的状况,并在此基础上阐述韩国大学学生社团在丰富校园文化、对学生进行生活指导和促进学生社会性发展等方面的作用,为我国高校的学生社团发展提供参考。

This study investigates the basic conditions of student organizations in South Korean Universities such as concept, history, type, management, activities, fund and function through literature study, survey and interviews. It examines South Korean college students＇participation in student organizations from the following aspects： number of students,reason,motivation for participation,frequency and satisfaction level. Based on these,it explores the effects of student organizations on enriching the campus culture,guiding students＇ life and promoting students＇ sociality development. Implications for development of student orzanizations in Chinese Universities are also discussed.
