摘要
目的评定火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定茶树叶中钙的测量不确定度,用于定量说明测定方法结果的可信程度。方法应用测量不确定度评定理论,结合试验方法,确定和计算测定过程各不确定度分量,分析火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定茶树叶中钙的测量不确定度。结果该方法测定茶树叶中钙的含量为36.31mg/100g,扩展不确定度为0.6 957mg/100g。结论只有测量不确定度与被测结果同时给出,才能说明测定结果的可信程度,更具科学性。
Objective To evaluate the measurement uncertainty of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry in determining the calcium content in tea leaves,and explain the credibility of the measured results quantitatively.Method Determine and calculate all the uncertainty components by using the evaluation theory of measurement uncertainty and combining the experimental method,and then analyze the measurement uncertainty of flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry in determining the calcium content in tea leaves.Results According to the method,the calcium content in tea leaves was 36.31 mg/100g,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.6 957mg/100g.Conclusion Only the measurement uncertainty and the measured results were provided at the same time could we explain the credibility of results.
