摘要
目的建立青海省呼吸道传染病病原监测平台,了解西宁市发热呼吸道症候群的细菌病原谱构成,提高我省呼吸道传染病病原监测能力,为国家建立实验室高通量、快速检测技术平台和传染病防控提供快速、科学、准确的检测数据。方法根据国家科技重大专项"传染病监测技术平台"项目发热呼吸道症候群监测方案要求[1],于2010年4月~2011年12月对西宁市2家哨点医院符合发热呼吸道症候群监测病例定义的患者采集咽拭子标本进行肺炎链球菌(SP)、流感嗜血杆菌(HI)、军团菌(LP)、百日咳杆菌(BP)、肺炎衣原体(CT)、肺炎支原体(MP)6种呼吸道病原菌多重PCR检测。结果检测咽拭子标本126份,阳性率为46.83%(59/126),其中SP为28.57%(36/126)、HI为24.60%(31/126)、MP为0.79%(1/126),混合感染9例(7.14%);未检出CT、LP及BP。结论西宁市发热呼吸道症候群细菌类病原以肺炎链球菌、流感嗜血杆菌和肺炎支原体为主。发病人群以<5岁儿童为主。
Objective To establish a pathogen monitoring platform of respiratory infectious disease in Qinghai and understand the pathogenic spectrum of febrile respiratory syndrome in Xining City so as to improve the pathogen monitoring ability of respiratory infectious disease and provide fast,scientific and accurate data for establishment of a high throughput and rapid detection technical platform and control of infectious diseases.Method According to the requirments of febrile respiratory syndrome monitoring scheme of National Science and Technology Major Project-"Infectious Disease Monitoring Technical Platform",collect throat swab samples from patients in 2 sentinel hospitals in Xining from April,2010 to December,2011,and then conduct multiplex PCR detection of 6 respiratory pathogenic bacteria,including streptococcus pneumoniae(SP),haemophilus influenzae(HI),legionella(LP),bordetella pertussis(BP),chlamydia pneumoniae(CT) and mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP).Results 126 throat swab samples were detected,and the positive rate was 46.83%(59/126).The positive rates of SP,HI and MP were 28.57%(36/126),24.60%(31/126) and 0.79%(1/126),respectively.There were 9 cases(7.14%) of mixed infection and no case for CT,LP,and BP.Conclusions The bacterial pathogens of febrile respiratory syndrome in Xining City were mainly SP,HI and MP,and the susceptible population were children under 5 years old.
