合肥市重点地区流动儿童免疫接种现状与对策

Current situation and countermeasures of immunifaction among migrant children in key place of Hefei

目的为了解我市流动儿童重点地区分布及流动儿童免疫接种状况,为今后政府制订相关政策和规划提供科学依据。方法设计统一调查表,对砖瓦(窑)厂等重点地区6岁以下流动儿童进行登记造册,根据摸底资料进行统计分析。结果本次全市共摸底流动儿童重点地区744处,<6岁儿童10 353名,预防接种证持证率为95.2%;持证率最低的是砖窑厂43.7%,国家免疫规划7种疫苗完成率在49%～96%之间,最低的是砖窑厂,其次是乡办企业;疫苗接种"0"剂次比例在1.7%～5.2%之间。结论应采取综合措施加大对重点地区流动儿童管理,提高儿童疫苗接种率。

Objective To understand the distribution and immunization vaccination status of migrant children in key areas of our city and provide scientific evidences for making relevant policies and planning.Method Design unified questionnaire and register the migrant children under 6 years old in key place,and carry out statistical analysis based on the data.Results Total of 744 key places were investigated,and 10 353 children under 6 years old in those places were detected.The inoculation certificate hold rate was 95.2%,and the hold rate was the lowest in brick factory（43.7%）.The completion rates of seven kinds of national immunization programs vaccines was between 49% and 96%.Brick factory had the lowest rate,followed by township enterprises.1.7%～5.2% children did not accept inoculate vaccines.Conclusions We needed to take comprehensive measures to enhance the management of floating children in key areas and improve the vaccine rate of the children.
