郑州市2007-2010年人间布鲁氏病流行特征分析

Analysis on epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Zhengzhou City from 2007 to 2010

目的了解郑州市2007-2010年人间布鲁氏病流行现状,为制订预防控制决策提供科学依据。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集整理2007-2010年人间布鲁氏病疫情资料进行统计分析,描述郑州市人间布病流行特点。结果 2007-2010年间郑州市共报告发生布病213例,年平均发病率为0.78/10万。发病时间以夏季为主;发病人群以中年居多,所有病例中农民最多,占总发病数的81.75%。结论 2007-2010年郑州市布病呈上升态势,建议有关部门加大重点地区的防治工作力度,对重点人群进行布病防护知识的宣传教育,提高农民自我防护意识。

Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of brucellosis in Zhengzhou City and provide scientific evidences for making appropriate control and prevention measures.Method Surveillance data of human brucellosis from 2007 to 2010 in Zhengzhou were collected through China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention and the epidemic characteristics were described.Results A total of 213 cases of human brucellosis in Zhengzhou were reported from 2007 to 2010 and the average incidence rate was 0.78/100 000.The disease appeared mainly in summer.Most of the patients were middle-aged males,and farmers accounted for 81.75%.Conclusions The epidemic of human brucellosis in Zhengzhou from 2007 to 2010 showed upward trend.We suggested the relevant authorities increase prevention efforts in key areas,develop propaganda of brucellosis protection knowledge to key population and improve farmers＇ awareness of self protection.
