摘要
利用血凝技术对不同抗性棉种及不同发育阶段棉籽血凝活性测定表明:棉花种子血凝活性的强弱与品种抗枯萎病性强弱呈正相关;抗病棉株花粉的血凝活性比感病品种强,抗、感品种未受精的胚珠的血凝活性无明显差异;棉种形成过程中,30天前抗、感品种的血凝活性无明显差异;30天后抗病棉种血凝活性增强,感病品种减弱;棉花凝集素贮存在种子子叶和胚中。
By means of hemagglutination technique,the hemagglutination activity (Hereinafter calledHA) of dif-ferent cotton seed and the cotton seeds in different development stages were determined in Jiqn Yang in1986—1988.The results indicated as follows:(1) The wilt—resistant capabillity of the cotton examinedhas a positive relation with their HA.(2) The pollen HA of resistant cotton was stronger than that of sus-ceptible ones.but the infer tilizsd ovule HA of the resistance and sensitive were found no significant dif-ference.(3) Within the thirty days after fertilization.the cotton ovule HA of the resistant and the sus-cepitible showed no significant differnce,But thirty days later,the sudcepitible ones were decreased andthe resistant ones were increased.(4) The lectin of cottons exist in their cotyledon and embryo.
