摘要 油田加工生产过程中会产生大量难以处理的乳化污水,微波作为一种新的处理技术逐渐得到应用。阐述了影响原油乳化液稳定性的因素,以及微波加热机理;总结了利用微波处理原油乳化液在单因素实验、正交实验、均匀设计实验的结果,微波加热器的研究进程;展望了微波处理原油乳化液的研究方向与前景。 The large amount of emulsified wastewater will be produced in the process of oil production. Microwave, as a new technique, has been applied gradually in wastewater processing. The factors that influence the stability of the oil emulsion and the mechanisms of microwave heating on oil emulsion were introduced. The present situation of microwave processing oil emulsion, including the single factor experiments, uniform design experiments, orthogonal experiments, and microwave heater studies were also summarized. Further researches on microwave processing oil emulsion were prospected.
