镍钴工业废水处理工程实践

摘要 通过对镍钴工业废水水质进行分析,提出了利用絮凝沉淀-氨氮吹脱-CASS组合生化联合工艺处理重金属、高浓度氨氮废水的工艺,并对废水主要处理单元构筑物进行了设计计算。通过调试运行,出水水质中氨氮和总钴质量浓度分别可以控制在15 mg/L和1.0 mg/L以内,达到GB 25467-2010国家铜、镍、钴工业污染物排放标准要求,可以为类似镍钴工业废水处理工程设计提供技术参考。 Wastewater contaminated Ni ,Co was analyzed and wastewater contaminated heavy metal and high strength ammonia nitrogen treated by composite process of flocculation sedimentation, ammonia nitrogenafter stripping, CASS was investigated. Main unit structures of wastewater treatment was designed and calculated .Alter commissioning and operation, the ammonia nitrogenafter and total cobalt ofwastewater treated by the process can be controlled within 15 mg/Land 1.0 mg/L,which reached emission standard of pollutants for copper^nickel ,cobalt industry (GB 25467--2010), Then it could provide technology reference information to the similar engineering design for processing wastewater contaminated by Ni ,Co .
