双膜法勾兑深处理焦化废水工艺设计 被引量:3

摘要 焦化废水COD和悬浮物含量高,硬度大,难降解,直接排放费用高,环境影响大,使用常规生化法回用困难,内蒙古某项目根据项目水质特征,选用预处理-超滤-反渗透双膜勾兑工艺,对焦化废水进行深度处理,勾兑出水平均COD小于60 mg/L,平均氨氮小于10 mg/L,对悬浮物,色度的去除率达到100%,系统出水符合工业循环冷却水水质标准,浓水去熄焦工艺,实现了节能减排和水资源的综合利用。 As coke plant waste water with the characteristic of high content of COD and SS, massive hardness, hard to degradation, high cost to discharge directly, harmful to environment, and bard to reuse by adopting convention biochemistry treatment, one Inner Mongolia project adopts pretreat- ment-UF-RO blending process to tertiary treat the coke plant waste water base on plant water quality characteristics. The average performance of blending product water is COD〈60 mg/L, ammonia nitrogen level 〈 10 mg/L, 100% removal of SS and color. The quality of system product water meets the standard of Industrial Circulating Cooling Water and brine goes to coke quenching stage, which achieve the energy conservation and comprehensive utilization of water resources.
