空分装置后备储存系统的设计(二)

摘要 通过审查空分后备系统的设计发现许多问题,有些是规范执行不到位,有些是设计不合理缺少安全措施,这样直接会影响装置运行的稳定性和下游用户用气的可靠性。对空分装置后备储存系统的组成、工艺参数的确定、工艺流程和控制、材料选择、注意事项等进行了详细的说明,目的是规范空分后备系统的设计,使之完整、可靠、安全。因版面限制,该论文分两次刊登,上期刊登了第1部分,本期刊登第2部分。 Many problems were found during the design review of ASU backup system because relevant standards were not strictly followed and security measures were lacking due to the unreasonable design.These problems directly affected the operation stability of unit and the reliability of downstream users.This paper introduces in detail the composition of ASU backup system,process parameter determination,process control,material selection and points for attention,so as to normalize the design of ASU back-up system for completeness,reliabilty and safety.
