摘要
利用2012年老区装置系统停车大修期间,采用深度预制和模块化组装技术,实施完成了乙炔2R200裂化气气柜隐患治理工作,并介绍了2R200裂化气气柜使用状况、隐患治理方案研究比选、安装调试及投运情况。
Prefabrication and modular assembly technology was adopted to treat the hidden troubles in acetylene gas cabinet(2R200) during unit overhaul in 2012.This paper introduces the service conditions of acetylene gas cabinet(2R200),the comparison and selection of hidden troubles treatment plans,and the installation,debugging and operation of acetylene gas cabinet(2R200).
