摘要
聚烯烃装置中的产品通常以颗粒料形式进行袋装或槽车装车后出厂,在聚烯烃颗粒料包装前,产品需贮存在产品料仓中。在料仓工艺操作过程中,产品料仓不仅用于颗粒料的贮存,同时也有部分料仓参与产品的均化、脱气及掺混等工艺过程。不同产品对上述工艺过程的要求也不尽相同,目前聚烯烃装置产品料仓数量根据工艺要求设置各有不同。根据聚烯烃装置中料仓工艺操作过程,结合聚烯烃产品的特性及工艺系统参数,设计出数学模型,并通过实例计算料仓设置数量的极值。
In polyolefin plant,pellet products are usually stored in product silos temporarily before bagging or bulk loading.The product silos are used for storage of the pellets.Meanwhile,some silos are involved in the homogenization,degassing and blending of products.Currently,the quantity of product silos varies according to the process requirements of polyolefin plant.Based on the parameters of process system and the characteristics of polyolefin product,this article designs the mathematical model and calculates the extremism of the quantity of silos.
