关于加快建设环京津现代农业示范带的思考

Reflections on the Construction of the Agricultural Demonstrative Area Around Beijing and Tianjin

省委适时出台的《关于以改善农民生产生活条件和增加农民收入为首要任务加快推进社会主义新农村建设的实施意见》,为环京津地区现代农业的发展指明了方向和工作的重点。要加快建设环京津现代农业示范带,就应当在以大兴农田水利建设为重点的农业基础设施建设上求突破;在以创新能力的提高为重点的科技和装备体系建设上求突破;在以健全农产品标准化生产为重点的安全体系建设上求突破;在以壮大农产品加工业为重点的农业经营体系建设上求突破;在以适时推进土地流转为重点的农业集约经营建设上求突破。

＂ Suggestions on How to Speed up the New Rural Construction with Improving Farmers＇ Life and Working Condition and Increasing Their Incomes as the Main Task＂ published by the Provincial C. P. C . Committee is a guidance for modern agriculture development in the area around Beijing and Tianjin. In order to speed up the construction of agriculture demonstrative area around Beijing and Tianjin, we are expected to make breakthroughs in the following aspects： the construction of agriculture infrastructure, focusing on the irrigation works, the construction of technology and equipment system, focusing on the increasing of innovative ability, the construction of safety system, focusing on the standardized production, the construction of agricultural management system, focusing on building agricultural products processing industry, and the construction of agricultural intensive management, focusing on promoting land transference.
