摘要
国际私法中直接适用的法从引入中国以来就备受争议,文章认为直接适用的法是一种新型的法律适用规范,是一种集单边法律适用规范和公共秩序规范为一体,又有别于单边法律适用规范和公共秩序规范的法律适用规范。
The directly applicable law in private international law has been controversial since being introduced in China.The article points out that the directly applicable law is a new legal applicable specification,which combines unilateral legal applicable specification with public order norms,but differs from them.
