摘要
法学本科教育的目标应当定性为通识教育。以司法考试为指挥棒的法学本科教育将会使法学本科教育沦为应试教育,远离其既定目标,最终阻碍中国法治建设事业的发展。
The aim of law undergraduate education should be defined as general education. The law undergraduate education aimed at judicial examination will transform it into examination - oriented education, which is away from its stated objectives, and will ultimately hinder the development of the legal construction ruled by law in China.
