浅析我国律师管理体制

Analysis on Lawyer Management System of Our Country

我国实行的是政府集中监管体制和律师协会行业自律管理体制"两结合"的律师管理体制。但是,司法行政机关在律师管理中的权力过于广泛,应充分发挥律师协会的独立性,转变司法行政机关管理理念,真正实现律师协会的行业管理。

Lawyer management system of our country is a combination of concentrated regulatory regime of government and self-management system of lawyers association.However,judicial and administrative organs exercise too wide powers in lawyer management.We should give full play to the independence of the lawyers association,change the management philosophy of the judicial and administrative organs,and truly realize the industry management of the lawyers association.
