摘要
监所检察部门对于分押分管活动必须进行有效的监督,通过完善目前的派驻检察机构设置,纠正违法和检察建议执行情况的后续监督程序,积极探索创新工作思路,促进分押分管检察监督工作不断完善。
Prison prosecution departments must carry out effective supervision to separate custody.Through improving the present stationed procuratorial institutions,we should correct follow-up supervision procedures of violations and the implementation of procuratorial recommendations,actively explore innovative ideas,and promote the constant improvement of the inspection and supervision work of separate custody.
