摘要
过失犯罪分为疏忽大意的过失和过于自信的过失。文章从心理学的角度对疏忽大意的过失及过于自信的过失作了心理剖析。
Criminal fault can be divided into fault of negligence and fault of overconfident.The article analyzes the mentality of fault of negligence and overconfident through psychology.
