苏联解体的深层次文化原因,对我国当代文化建设具有重要借鉴意义。苏联解体的文化原因包括:意识形态上僵化了马克思主义指导思想,文化专制主义腐蚀了社会发展的活力,对知识分子高压政策失去了政权的有力支撑。我国当前文化发展值得注意的问题包括:主流意识形态影响力下降,对民族传统历史文化认同度需要加强,文化体制改革缓慢。因此必须积极探寻建设文化强国的有效路径,既要加强主流意识形态建设,又要批判地继承和吸收中外优秀文化成果,还要通过制度改革为文化发展创造良好的外部环境。

Of great referential meanings to the building of modem Chinese culture are the deeply -seated cultural reasons for the collapse of Soviet Union ,which may include ideological rigidity of the guiding role of Marxism, cultural tyran- ny eroding the vitality of social development, and high - handed policy on intellectuals losing government support. In view of this, with regard to the cultural development in current China, much attention should be given to the problems such as the decline in the influence of mainstream ideology, the urgency in improving the identity of the national and traditional history and culture, and the lagging of the reform of culture system. To deal with the situation, many efforts should be made to ex- plore actively an effective approach to the construction of a euhuraIly strong nation and to improve the building of main- stream ideology while critically inheriting and absorbing the excellent cultural achievements both at home and abroad;some work should also be done to create good external environment for the development of culture by way of institutional reform.
