浅议当前我国立法需要完成的几个任务

Briefly on Urgent Tasks for Legislation in China

我国社会主义法律体系虽然已经基本形成,但针对当前突出的社会问题,立法需要承担起社会主义道德建设的重任,树立社会主义核心价值观,实现法律与道德的相互促进。所以,在立法时应实现对社会各种利益进行确认、保护与分配的任务,平衡不同的利益冲突,加大对社会弱势群体的保护力度,以实现社会的公正与和谐。

It occurs that, despite the basically established socialist legal system in China, there are still some serious problems arising in the current society, and the situation urges that legislation shoulder the important task of building socialist morals ,set up socialist core values and promote the mutual improvement of laws and morals. In this sense ,in the course of legislation, importance must be attached to the confirmation, protection and allocation of various social interests, balancing the interest conflicts and maximizing the protection for the disadvantaged groups, so as to realize, in a real sense, social jus- tice and harmony.
