菲、萘对小麦种子的生态毒性效应 被引量:2

摘要 采用生物培养试验,测定了不同质量浓度的菲、萘对小麦种子萌发的生态毒性效应,分析了小麦种子的发芽情况、根茎伸长和叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,菲、萘单一及复合处理对小麦种子发芽势、发芽率均有一定的抑制作用,高质量浓度时抑制作用明显。统计分析表明,菲单一及复合处理质量浓度与小麦发芽势的相关系数较高,r分别为0.95和0.98。菲、萘单一及复合处理对小麦幼苗根、茎伸长也具有一定的抑制作用,特别是高质量浓度处理,如菲、萘质量浓度为0.2g/L时,根伸长分别减少了89%和86%,高质量浓度复合处理(菲0.05g/L+萘0.2g/L)减少了87%。对根伸长的抑制作用为复合处理>萘处理>菲处理,对茎伸长的抑制作用复合处理>菲处理>萘处理;对叶绿素含量的影响为复合处理的抑制效应强于单一处理,但对幼苗叶绿素a和b的影响基本一致。 A biological incubation experiment was conducted to testify the inhibition effect of phenanthrene and naphthalene on rates of seed germination,root and stem elongation and content of chlorophyll for wheat.Results indicated that phenanthrene and naphthalene single and combined treatments had an inhibition effect on seed germinating potentiality and germination rate,especially in higher mass concentration treatments.Statistical analyses showed that correlation coefficient between the mass concentration of phenanthrene and naphthalene and seed germinating potentiality was greater,r was 0.95 and 0.98,respectively.Phenanthrene and naphthalene single and combined treatments had an inhibition effect on root and stem elongation,especially in the higher mass concentration treatments,for example,root elongation decreased 89% and 86% in the phenanthrene and naphthalene 0.2 g/L treatments,and decreased 87% in higher mass concentration combined treatment.The inhibition effects on root elongation were combined treatmentnaphthalene treatmentphenanthrene treatment,combined treatmentphenanthrene treatmentnaphthalene treatment for stem elongation;the contents of chlorophyll in combined treatments were more sensitive than single treatments,and the effects on chlorophyll a was basically inaccordance with chlorophyll b.
