摘要
CSP是薄板坯连铸连轧技术之一,介绍了新建的武钢CSP厂,简述了其工艺方案、设备组成、主要设备参数和主要特点等。该厂厚度<2.0mm的产品比例达45%以上,轧制产品最薄厚度达0.8mm,并能进行铁素体轧制及硅钢生产,预留半无头轧制工艺。
CSP is one of Thin Slab Casting and Rolling technologies. This article introduced the new CSP Plant of WISCO in China. The process scheme, equipment configuration, main equipment performance and characteristics, etc. were briefly described. Production proportion was more than 45 percent for thickness less than 2.0 mm and the minimal production thicknesd reached 0.8 ram. In the CSP plant, ferritic rolling was applied, si-steel was produced and semi-endless rolling is future process.
